Philipp Berens

Skafield combine Ska rhythms with other musical styles such as punk , reggae and hardcore . Their music is therefore also known as "hard-hitting skapunk". The group was influenced by The Mighty Mighty Bosstones , Less Than Jake, Slapstick and Operation Ivy, among others . There is a predominantly positive mood, the music is primarily intended for dancing and singing along. The lyrics are both personal and political.
