Skeppshult is a village ( Tatort ) in the Swedish province of Jönköpings län in the municipality of Gislaved .

The place is in the southern part of the municipality of Gislaved, on the border with Hallands Lan , on the Nissan River . From here it is about 4 kilometers to Smålandsstenar and 25 kilometers to the main town of Gislaved in the municipality of the same name . The road (Swedish. Länsväg) 153, which connects Varberg with Värnamo , and the trunk road (Swedish. Riksväg) 26, which connects Halmstad with Vansbro , cross the place. Another road leads to Jälluntofta . The Halmstad – Nässjö railway runs through the town, and the station has since been abandoned.
