The Slovak Football League ( Slovakian Slovenská futbalová liga ; SFL) is the highest and also the only division in American football in Slovakia and is held under the responsibility of the Slovenská Asociácia Amerického Futablu (SAAF). The league was founded in 2010 under the name Slovenská futbalová liga in which 7-man football was played. Football has only been played with 11 players since 2015. Since this year the final is called the Slovak Bowl. The record champions are the Bratislava Monarchs with 5 titles.

In 2019 the league was played with 5 teams. After the basic round, the 1st against the 4th and the 2nd against the 3rd play in the playoff for a place in the Slovak Bowl. As in previous years, the Bratislava Monarchs play in the Austrian Austrian Football Division One at the same time .
