Societas Liturgica
The Societas Liturgica is an international ecumenical society for liturgical studies . The Societas Liturgica has around 400 members.
history
Wiebe Vos, a pastor of the Dutch Reformed Church , founded the liturgical journal Studia Liturgica in 1962 . In 1965 he invited 25 European and North American liturgical scholars to the Communauté de Grandchamp in Switzerland , where the founding of the Societas Liturgica was decided. The founding meeting of the society took place in 1967 in Driebergen in the Netherlands .
