Sonia Grandjean
Sonia Küng, born Grandjean (born September 27, 1979 in Dietikon , Canton Zurich ) is a Swiss model and was elected Miss Switzerland in September 1998 .
Life
At the age of 14, Grandjean was signed to a Zurich model agency and had his first photo shoots and fashion shows for various well-known designers. From 1995 to 1997 she did an office apprenticeship at a large insurance company with subsequent employment.
In 1998 Grandjean was voted the most beautiful woman in Switzerland and was able to gain further experience as a model for one year as the reigning Miss Switzerland. The title also authorized her to participate in the Miss World and Miss Universe elections. After her year in office, she returned to normal working life and has since worked sporadically as a model. Her main job is as an assistant to the HR manager of a company in Zurich. In May 2011 she married her long-term partner and took his name Küng. The couple has two sons (* 2012, * 2014).
