Stéphanie Adriana Berger (born November 10, 1977 in Bern ) is a Swiss actress , television presenter , singer and comedian .

Career

With the title of Miss Switzerland in 1995, Berger became known to a broad public across Switzerland. From 1996 to 2000 she hosted various programs on the Swiss private broadcaster Star TV, such as Lifestyle and Stéphanie Live , as well as the internet magazine netnight . In 1997 she moderated the TV recordings of the Arosa Humor Festival , where she herself appeared as a comedian in 2012 with her program Miss Success . In 1998 she played the role of Macchina in the Swiss musical Space Dream . From 1999 she played in sketches on the television show Benissimo .

In 2002 Berger founded her own band X-age , with which she released an album in 2005. In February 2006 the band broke up.

Also in 2006 she was seen in the Swiss movie Handyman alongside Marco Rima and also played a supporting role in the Swiss soap Lüthi and Blanc . From autumn she played in the musical Ludwig² - The Myth Lives the role of the angel. In 2007 she played in the Sat.1 comedy program Die Dreisten Drei and moderated the snowboard magazine GetOut on Sat.1 Switzerland . In 2008 she starred in the comedy show SketchNews and had a role in the medical series Day and Night . In 2010, Berger was seen at the side of Otto Waalkes , Rick Kavanian and other representatives of the German comedy scene in the film Otto's Eleven . In 2011 she played Stephanie zu Guttenberg in the Singspiel on the occasion of the strong beer tapping on the Nockherberg .

Berger's first full-length comedy program “MissEruisse” premiered on December 13, 2010 in Zurich. The “Höllelujah” program followed in October 2014, with which she was also on the move across Switzerland. From April 2017 to May 2019 she performed with her program "No Stress, No Fun!" on. She then became the presenter of the Comedy Club for Das Zelt . In October 2019 Berger started her new tour with the fourth comedy program “Aufbruch”.

Life

In the summer of 2012, Berger announced the separation from her husband. The couple was married for seven years. They have one son (* 2010).
