Lolita Morena (born October 15, 1960 in Cantiano , Italy ) is a Swiss model as well as an actress and presenter .

Life

Morena was studying archeology when she was named Miss Switzerland in 1982 . In the Miss Universe election in 1982, she came fourth. She has been working as a television presenter since 1989 . In 1989 she moderated the Eurovision Song Contest . She led through large galas, such as B. Golden Rose of Montreux . Morena became known in Germany in 1992 through her relationship with Lothar Matthäus . The couple married in 1994, their son Loris was born in 1992. The marriage was divorced in 1999.

Morena speaks English , Italian , French and German . For several years she moderated the western Swiss television in French-speaking Switzerland . She also plays a leading role in the sitcom Les pique-meurons on TV in French-speaking Switzerland ( TSR ) . As a television presenter, she advocates the abandonment of fur as a fashion accessory and supports Swiss animal welfare .

In 1990 she played alongside Walter Roderer in the feature film Der doppelte Nötzli .
