Jaana Pelkonen (born January 27, 1977 in Lahti ) is a Finnish presenter and photo model . She became known for the game show Tilt and the entertainment program FarOut . Pelkonen has already hosted the Finnish qualification for the Eurovision Song Contest twice with Heikki Paasonen . She presented the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 in Helsinki with actor Mikko Leppilampi on May 10th and 12th, 2007 .

She is a member of the Finnish Parliament for the National Assembly Party and a member of the Finnish delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
