Ulrika Jonsson

Ulrika Jonsson (aka Eva Ulrika Jonsson , born August 16, 1967 in Sollentuna ) is a Swedish - British television presenter .

From 1989 she became known as a weather announcer on TV3 . From 1992 to 2000 she co-hosted the sport / game show Gladiators for the British broadcaster itv . From 1995 to 2011 she was on the advice team for the comedy game show Shooting Star . She received worldwide attention as the presenter of the Eurovision Song Contest 1998 (together with Terry Wogan ) and the Miss World election in 1999. From 2001 onwards, she presented the game shows Dog Eat Dog and The Joy of Text . In 2007 she took part in the second season of the figure skating show Dancing on Ice . In 2009 she took part in Celebrity Big Brother , from which she emerged as the winner.
