Volodymyr (Vova) Valerijowytsch Ostaptschuk ( Ukrainian Володимир Валерійович Остапчук , English Volodymyr Ostapchuk ; born September 28, 1984 in Uman , Ukrainian SSR ) is a Ukrainian radio and television presenter .

Ostaptschuk is involved in the Morning with Ukraine show . He also moderates the programs Shopping Goddess and Style Icon . He also voiced the character of Hans in the Ukrainian version of the film Frozen . In May 2017 he moderated the ESC in Kiev.
