Sopo Gelowani ( Georgian : სოფო გელოვანი; born March 21, 1983 in Tbilisi ) is a Georgian pop singer .

The singer gained fame in Georgia as a participant in the casting show Geostar , the Georgian version of Pop Idol . Here she made it to the final in 2010 and finished second in the overall standings. In December 2012, the Georgian broadcaster SSM decided that Gelowani should compete with Nodiko Tatishvili at the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 in Malmö . The title chosen was Waterfall by Euphoria composer Thomas G: son . Gelowani and Tatishvili reached the ESC final with the song, where they finished 15th.
