Euphoria is an English language song by the Swedish singer Loreen , from her album Heal . It is the winning title of the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 in Baku . The song was awarded one gold and five platinum records in Sweden .

Euphoria was composed by Thomas G: son and Peter Boström. The song was already performed at the Melodifestivalen 2012, where it reached the finals. On March 10, 2012 Loreen won the national preliminary round in the Globen Arena with the song , where it received 268 points. With the song Loreen followed on May 26, 2012 at the Eurovision Song Contest for Sweden . With the exception of Italy, the song received points from all countries entitled to vote and came to a total of 372 points. It had 113 points more than the runner-up Buranowskije Babuschki .
