The Sormonne is a river in France that runs in the Ardennes department in the Grand Est region .

The Sormonne has its source in the border area with Belgium in the municipality of Taillette . Initially the Sormonne drains in a south-westerly direction, but then turns to the south-east and flows into the Meuse as a left tributary after 57 kilometers at Warcq , near Charleville-Mézières .
