Sports fun training center in City Nord

idea

The specialty of this sports club is to bridge the obstacles of the sports system in Germany - particularly in team sports . After finishing school, it is usually no longer possible for many citizens to continue their favorite team sports from their physical education classes privately and informally. In the absence of equipment, a gym and teammates, there is usually only the option of continuing to do the sport within a sports club or company sports group. However, since both the smallest sports clubs and company sports groups are generally integrated into league systems and thus fight for success in a performance-oriented manner, it is usually not possible for the occasional athlete to practice his sport just for fun within these organizations without training and performance. Instead, sportspaß offers its members the opportunity to do sports on the club's own facilities and sports facilities in the city of Hamburg without any pressure to perform.

Principles

The association's principles are:

  • Leisure instead of competitive sports
  • Open, freely selectable offers without mandatory training times
  • Organization without divisions and departments

practice

Members have the opportunity to take part in over 1,450 sports, dance and relaxation programs per week. Depending on the sport, there are different beginners and advanced groups, whereby the members themselves determine in which group they participate in the sport. In addition to the premises in its own seven facilities, sportspaß uses 59 sports facilities in the city of Hamburg (especially school sports halls) in order to be present in as many parts of the city as possible.
