description

The small hall church was built in 1693 instead of a previous medieval building. The nave is covered with a half-hip roof. There are ogival windows on the long sides . The transverse rectangular choir tower is located above the yoke of the choir . From its slate-covered half -hipped roof rises a square top made of half-timbering , which merges into an eight-sided top on which a slate-covered hood sits, created in 1913/1914.

The nave was spanned with a wooden barrel vault that rests on wooden posts that were added later . The chancel, on the other hand, has a flat roof. Of the galleries , only the organ gallery in the east remains, the former side galleries were demolished in 1965.

The church furnishings include a baptismal font from around 1700 . The organ with 11 registers , divided into 2 manuals and pedal , was built in 1913 by Adolf Hammer . The church was renovated in 1872 and 1913/1914 outside and 1964/1965 inside.
