description

From rubble -built hall church is medieval in origin. The elongated nave in its current form was rebuilt from 1717 to 1719 on the site of the previous church. The choir tower has an eight-sided tent roof on the stump of a slate-covered pyramid roof , on which an open lantern sits.

The nave is equipped with three-sided, two-story galleries and is spanned by a wooden barrel vault. The choir is covered with a groin vault . A simple baroque pulpit altar from the early 18th century belongs to the church furnishings . The epitaph from the second half of the 16th century shows the deceased von Hacke worshiping the cross. To the side of it are pilasters with allegories of virtue. The top is a relief depicting the resurrection and three other virtues.

The organ with 16 registers , divided into two manuals and a pedal , was built by Julius Strobel around 1870 .
