Stanisław Murzyniak (* 1941 ) is a former Polish ski jumper .

Career

Murzyniak, who competed for WKS Zakopane , made his international debut on March 21, 1964 at the Czech Marusarzówna Memorial in Zakopane , but only finished 35th after jumps on 76, 81 and 82.5 meters. Almost a year later he reached the podium in third place in the international ski jumping competition of Wielka Krokiew, ahead of ski jumpers such as Wolfgang Stöhr or Manfred Queck . In the following years Murzyniak took part regularly in international competitions. So he also ranked sixth between Peter Lesser and Horst Queck in the international jumping competition for the challenge cup of the “Volksstimme” Karl-Marx-Stadt 1967 in Oberwiesenthal . In addition, he also competed in the Four Hills Tournament 1967/68 , where he only occupied the lower ranks. His best result was 35th place on the Bergiselschanze in Innsbruck , so that it was only 59th place overall.

At the Polish Championships in 1966 Murzyniak won the bronze medal behind Józef Przybyła and Piotr Wala in Wisła and in 1970 Daniel silver behind Stanisław Gąsienica .
