Stefan Huber (* 1986 ) is a professional Swiss poker player .

Personal

Huber comes from and lives in Zurich . He is part of the charity project Raising for Effective Giving, which is based on the principles of effective altruism , and regularly donates part of his tournament winnings to the movement.

Poker career

Huber plays online under the nicknames I'am_Sound ( PokerStars ) , Echomaus ( partypoker ) , YrrsiN ( Full Tilt Poker and partypoker ) and IFkYourmind (TitanPoker) . His tournament winnings at PokerStars be in excess of three million dollars , he also has more than a million dollars in cashes at Full Tilt have. Huber secured his highest ever online tournament prize money in mid-May 2015 when he finished second at an event of the Spring Championship of Online Poker on PokerStars for more than 250,000 dollars. Since 2009 he has also been taking part in renowned live tournaments.

At the end of February 2009, Huber won a Bregenz Open tournament with a prize money of almost 40,000 euros , making it his first ever live tournament. In January 2010, he won an event as part of the PokerStars Caribbean Adventures (PCA) in the Bahamas and received prize money of around 300,000 dollars. He then took second place.
