Pescosolido won two individual titles on the ATP World Tour . In 1992 he won Scottsdale , in that year he also reached position 42, his highest ranking in the tennis world rankings . At the Wimbledon Championships in 1992 he met defending champion Michael Stich in the first round , against whom he clearly lost 3: 6, 3: 6, 2: 6. In 1993 he won the tournament in Tel Aviv .
