Stenderup Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to the Harde Øster Horne Herred in the then Ribe office , then to the Grindsted municipality in the expanded Ribe office , which was merged into the "new" Billund municipality in the Syddanmark region as part of the local reform on January 1, 2007 .

1034 inhabitants live in the parish, 647 of them in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The church “Stenderup Kirke” is located in the parish.

Neighboring municipalities are in the north of Grindsted Sogn and east Hejnsvig Sogn , also in the area of the western Varde Municipality in the south Vester Starup Sogn and west Announcer Sogn .
