Stephan Lauber (born April 25, 1970 in Schlüchtern ) is a Roman Catholic theologian and full professor for Old Testament exegesis , Old Testament introductory studies and Biblical-Semitic languages ​​at the theological faculty in Fulda .

Life

Lauber comes from Ahl , a district of Bad Soden-Salmünster . After graduating from the Ulrich-von-Hutten-Gymnasium in Schlüchtern, he began his studies in Fulda in 1989 and in 1992, after a semester in Munich, switched to the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome , where he was an alum in the Germanicum , the German-Hungarian seminary, and studied as a scholarship holder of the Cusanuswerk .
