The 31st Ster ZLM Toer 2017 was a road bike race in the Netherlands and Belgium . The stage race took place from June 14th to 18th, 2017 . In addition, the bike race was part of the UCI Europe Tour 2017 and was classified in category 2.1 .

The prologue to Westkapelle won the Slovenian Primož Roglič from the Lotto NL-Jumbo team . The first stage was won by the Dutchman Dylan Groenewegen , Roglic's team-mate, in a mass sprint. The winner of the day on the third day of the stage was again Groenewegen and again he won the mass sprint. The fourth stage was won solo across the Ardennes by the Portuguese José Gonçalves from the Katusha Alpecin team . He also defended the leader's jersey on the last stage and thus clinched the overall victory. The fifth stage was decided by the German Marcel Kittel from Quick-Step Floors in a mass sprint.
