Steve A. Morrow
Steven "Steve" A. Morrow is an American sound engineer for film and television.
Life
Morrow began his career in television in the mid-1990s. In the following years he also worked on a few short films . From the early 2000s he slowly began to gain a foothold in Hollywood . Although he worked on larger film projects, there, however, in subordinate tasks such as the second unit or in re-shoots. In 2004 and 2005 he was director, author, sound engineer and editor of three short films, two of which he produced himself. He has appeared on a number of television series, including Six Feet Under and Big Love . 2017 he worked for La La Land , together with Andy Nelson and Ai-Ling Lee for the Oscar in the category Best Sound Editing nomination. It also received a nomination for the BAFTA Film Award in the Best Sound category .
