The Stoppelsberg near Weichersbach is a nature reserve in the municipality of Sinntal in the Main-Kinzig district in Hesse . The nature reserve is located north of Weichersbach , a district of Sinntal, around the 570.7 meter high Stoppelsberg .

The 143.41 hectare area has been designated as a nature reserve since 1985 under the identification number 1435039. It is under nature protection in order to "protect and maintain a landscape-defining mountain with its special geological conditions as a habitat for a number of rare and endangered animal and plant communities of the natural deciduous forest".
