The house Stresemannstraße 1 is a listed residential building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

The villa is located south of the historic old town of Quedlinburg on the right bank of the Bode . It is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register. A little north of the house, the Itschensteg leads over the Bode.
Architecture and history
The two-storey villa was built in the second half of the 19th century in the classicism style . The facade is symmetrically structured and features plaster ashlars and a floral frieze on the upper floor.
The property fencing dates back to the construction period and consists of forged lattice elements on a flat parapet between pillars made of sandstone and provided with covers .
