Strodehne is a district of the municipality of Havelaue in the Havelland district in Brandenburg . Until December 31, 2001, Strodehne was an independent municipality. Since 1991 there has been a partnership with the community of Elsdorf-Westermühlen in the Rendsburg-Eckernförde district in Schleswig-Holstein .
The place is on the west flowing Gülper Havel . State road L 17 leads past the northern and eastern outskirts of the village. The state border with Saxony-Anhalt runs not far to the west. To the south stretches of about 660 ha large Gülper See .
