The Super League Darts 2013 (officially Bull's Super League Darts Germany 2013 ) was a qualification tournament which was organized for the first time by the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC). It was used to determine a German participant in the PDC World Darts Championship 2014 .

The tournament began on February 19, 2013 with the first game day and ended on November 16, 2013 with the play-offs.

Andree Welge secured the victory , who beat Maik Langendorf in the final with 10: 7 legs.

qualification

16 players took part in the first edition of the Super League Darts. 13 of them were invited by PDC Europe. The remaining 3 places were awarded by the Super League Qualifier. The qualification tournament took place on January 5th, 2013 in the "House of Darts" in Rodgau .

Preliminary round

The preliminary round matches were played on a total of 5 tournament weekends. Every tournament weekend was played in the mode of everyone against everyone . Every win brings one point. The 8 best players qualify for the play-offs at the end of the preliminary round. The players in places 13, 14, 15 and 16 will be relegated from the Super League.

The preliminary round games were played in the mode Best of Legs and the game variant Double-Out . The first player to throw exactly 501 points won a leg . The last throw of a leg had to be on a double field. The game mode was best of 11 legs .

    The eight remaining players were divided into two groups based on their position in the table, in which everyone plays against everyone. The game mode was again best of 11 legs . The first and second in the group then played the two finalists in a semi-final with the best of 15 legs mode . The final was played in the best of 19 legs mode.

    Results at the World Cup

    Andree Welge qualified for the PDC World Darts Championship 2014 . There he met the Spaniard Julio Barbero in the preliminary round and had to admit defeat with 1: 4 legs.
