Super League (Europe) 2006/07
The Super League 2006/07 was the 14th season of the Super League in table tennis . It lasted from August 2006 to March 2007.
In the men's race, 16 teams started, four from the Czech Republic, three each from Austria and Slovakia, and two each from Hungary, Croatia and Slovenia. Four groups of four played a sequence in a round trip. The first and second teams from these groups then fought for places one to eight in a play-off system. The remaining teams played from places 9 to 16 in the play-off process.
Eleven teams were registered for the women, three from Austria, two each from Hungary, Croatia and Slovakia and one each from the Czech Republic and Slovenia. In two groups of four and one group of three, a round trip was played in the mode everyone against everyone. Then the first and second of these groups played for places 1 to 6, the rest for places 7 to 11.
Each team provided two doubles and four singles. There were two doubles and eight singles, which were carried out according to the federal system . In the group games, the competition was abandoned when a team had reached six points. In the play-offs all possible games were played, i. That is, results like 6: 4, 8: 2, 10: 0 were possible.
