Super League (Europe) 2010/11
The 2010/11 Super League was the 18th season of the Table Tennis Super League . It lasted from September 2010 to March 2011.
For the first time, Switzerland was also represented in the super league, the TTC Neuhausen reported a women's team.
This time, only 9 teams started in the men's competition, three from Slovakia, two each from Austria and the Czech Republic and one each from Hungary and Slovenia. Three groups of three played a sequence in a round trip. The first and second teams from these groups then competed in a play-off system for places one to six. The remaining teams played from places 7 to 9 in the play-off process.
Twelve teams were registered for the women, three each from Austria and the Czech Republic, two each from Hungary and Slovakia and one each from Croatia and Switzerland. In three groups of four, a round trip was played in the mode everyone against everyone. Then the first and second of these groups played for places 1 to 6, the rest for places 7 to 12.
Each team provided two doubles and four singles. There were two doubles and eight singles, which were carried out according to the federal system . A competition is abandoned when a team has reached six points.
