Sven Hinterseh (born January 21, 1972 in Freiburg im Breisgau ) is a German administrative lawyer and district administrator in the Black Forest-Baar district of Baden-Württemberg ( Freiburg administrative district ). He is a member of the CDU .

Life

Sven Hinterseh grew up in Oberrotweil , a district of the town of Vogtsburg in the Kaiserstuhl ( district of Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald ). After training as an industrial clerk, he graduated from high school in Baden-Baden and did community service in a Freiburg old people's home. He then studied law at the University of Konstanz and passed the first state examination in law . This was followed by postgraduate studies in administrative sciences at the Administrative University of Speyer , which he completed in 2001 with a master's degree. His master's thesis deals with the topic of committees in Section 73 (2) VwGO : function, significance and perspectives in objection proceedings, also taking into account the administrative aspects .

This was followed by positions as a trainee lawyer at the District Court of Constance , from 2001 to 2003 as a state official in the function of a legal officer in the district office of Schwarzwald-Baar district, then in Berlin at the representation of the state of Baden-Württemberg at the federal level and as a personal assistant to the then CDU CSU parliamentary group leaders in the Bundestag, Volker Kauder . Until the CDU / FDP-led Baden-Württemberg state government was voted out in March 2011, Hinterseh was head of the policy department of the State Ministry under Prime Minister Stefan Mappus in Stuttgart . Under the new Green Minister Alexander Bonde , Hinterseh was from May 2011 in the Ministry for Rural Areas and Consumer Protection of Baden-Württemberg as ministerial director and head of the nature conservation and tourism department.

In January 2012, Hinterseh registered his candidacy for the office of district administrator of the Schwarzwald-Baar district. The non-party incumbent, Karl Heim , had decided not to run for a third term. Hinterseh's only opposing candidate was the Bad Dürrheim mayor and leader of the Free Voters parliamentary group, Walter Klumpp, who was considered a favorite. On March 26, 2012, however, the district council elected Hinterseh as the new district administrator in the second ballot with 33 to 30 votes. He took office on June 1, 2012.
