Tarkan Serbest (born May 2, 1994 in Vienna ) is a Turkish - Austrian football player .

Career

society

Serbest began his career in 2004 at SV Donau Wien and in the same year came to the youth department of FK Austria Wien . He has been a member of the professional squad since March 31, 2014. He made his debut in the top Austrian league on October 18, 2014 in a 1-1 draw against SCR Altach , when he came on for Florian Mader in the 80th minute .

In August 2018 he switched to Kasımpaşa Istanbul on loan to Turkey . After the loan ended, he returned to Austria for the 2019/20 season. After half a year with Austria, he finally moved permanently to Kasımpaşa in January 2020.

National team

Serbest made his debut for the Austrian U-21s in March 2015 when he started a friendly against Qatar . This was followed by eight more assignments by October 2016.

In May 2018 Serbest was appointed to the squad of the Turkish national team for the first time . On May 28, 2018, Serbest made his debut for Turkey.
