Veysel Sarı (born June 25, 1988 in Beyoğlu , Istanbul ) is a Turkish football player and is under contract with Kasımpaşa Istanbul .

Veysel Sarı's family is originally from the southeastern Anatolian city of Siirt . After his teenage years with Beyoğlu Yeniçarşıspor and Dikilitasspor, Sarıs first station as Beylerbeyi senior team. In the 2008/09 season he moved to the Istanbul amateur club in the third Turkish division. Here he completed all 34 league games and attracted the attention of clubs in the higher leagues. So the transfer came in the following season to the first division side Eskişehirspor and he signed a three-year contract until June 2012. Sari has so far been used in 51 games and was able to score six goals.

Towards the end of the 2013/14 winter transfer period, Sarı moved to Galatasaray Istanbul within the Süper Lig . This club paid a transfer fee of 400,000 euros for Sarı and also waived an open debit amount of 300,000 euros, which Eskişehirspor had to pay. As a result, the Istanbul people paid a total transfer fee of 700,000 euros for Sarı.

In the winter break of 2014/15, Sarı switched to city rivals Kasımpaşa Istanbul . Kasımpaşa Istanbul paid a transfer fee of 400,000 euros for the right wing defender. After Sarı completed 153 games within 5 years of which 20 in the Turkish Football Cup and 133 in the Süper Lig for Kasımpaşa Istanbul. He switched to Antalyaspor in the winter transfer window, where he signed a contract until summer 2021.

National team

Sari was first invited to the B national team on June 1, 2011 against Lebanon. He was able to score a goal in the first game. On May 28, 2013, Sarı made his debut for the Turkish national soccer team against Latvia and scored a goal.
