After half a season in the professional squad, he was given to Makedonija Skopje . In 2007 he moved to FK Željezničar Sarajevo and continued his career abroad. After two more positions in Bosnia and Herzegovina , he then played for clubs in Switzerland , Croatia , Ukraine and Russia, among others .

In the summer transfer period of 2016, Jahović hired the Turkish second division club Göztepe Izmir . In this league Jahović got off to a good start and was one of the league's most successful goalscorers with 14 goals in the second half of the season.
