Tassili Airlines ( Arabic طيران الطاسيلي, DMG Ṭayarān aṭ-Ṭāsīlī ) is an Algerian airline based in Algiers and based at Algiers Airport . It is a member of the Arab Air Carriers Organization and the African Airlines Association .

history

Tassili Airlines was founded in March 1998 by Air Algérie and the state oil company of Algeria, Sonatrach, as a charter and regional airline. The maiden flight took place on April 8, 1999. Since 2005 the company has been 100% owned by Sonatrach.

Destinations

Tassili Airlines operates charter flights and supply flights for Algeria's oil fields. In addition, destinations in Africa and Europe are served.
