Terborg (Moormerland) is a village in the municipality of Moormerland in the district of Leer in Lower Saxony .

Terborg was probably founded around 1000 AD as a farming and fishing village on a terp on the Ems . The formerly independent municipality has formed the municipality of Moormerland together with ten other villages since the municipal reform that came into force on January 1, 1973. On December 31, 2011, the place had 105 inhabitants who lived on an area of ​​5.45 km².
