The New America is the eleventh studio album by the American punk rock band Bad Religion . It was released on Atlantic Records in May 2000 .
history
For The New America the band travels to Kauai , Hawaii , where Todd Rundgren produced the record. Rundgren was one of the musicians Greg Graffin had previously admired. However, due to some differences, the collaboration was rather disappointing. Nonetheless, its result was praised by some critics. The last time Bobby Schayer sat on the drums. Brett Gurewitz , although no band member at the time wrote and recorded Believe It .
The album reached number 16 in Germany and number 88 in the USA.
