Thomas Erlacher (born August 9, 1988 in Bruneck , South Tyrol ) is an Italian ice hockey player who has been under contract with HC Pustertal since November 2010 in the Italian A1 series .

Career

Thomas Erlacher started his career in the youth department of HC Pustertal . In the 2004/05 season he came to his first two appearances in the first team of his home club. In the same year he became Italian U19 champions with his offspring. He then trained with the first team, but rarely made a few appearances before finally making it into the A1 team in the 2006/07 season. In the summer of 2008 Erlacher decided to move to North America to gain experience there.

In the 2008/09 season he stormed for the Wichita Falls Wildcats and the Alaska Avalanche in the NAHL . In the following season he was active for the University of Wisconsin Superior in the NCAA III . In November 2010 I returned to the Pustertal .

International

For Italian junior teams , Thomas Erlacher took part in the U18 World Championships 2005 in Division I and 2006 in Division II as well as the U20 World Championships in 2007 in Division I and in 2008 in Division II. With the Italian student selection he took part in the 2013 Winter Universiade in Trentino .
