Thomas Krüger (born July 28, 1962 in Löhne ) is a German poet and children's book author and was program manager for audio books at Random House Audio and Patmos-Verlag in Düsseldorf. He has been an independent audio book publisher since 2006 and children's book publisher since 2011.

Life

Thomas Krüger initially worked as a freelance journalist , among others for the newspapers Die Woche , Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and Frankfurter Rundschau as well as for the magazines Rolling Stone and Mare . Krüger was also editor-in-chief and later publisher of the Hörwelt magazine . In 2007 he founded the Schall und Wahn publishing house , which, in addition to classics such as Grimmelshausen , Dickens and Poe , also publishes texts by Terry Pratchett , Stieg Larsson , Sergej Lukianenko and Serhij Zhadan .
