The Goldau zoo tower is located in the Goldau nature and zoo in the municipality of Arth in the canton of Schwyz .

situation

The tower, made of wood in 2016 , is 29.6 meters high. 144 steps lead to the viewing platform at a height of 27 meters.

From the platform there is a view of the zoo, the towns of Arth and Goldau , the Zugersee and the Lauerzersee , the Rigi , the Rossberg with the demolition point from 1806 still visible today ( landslide of Goldau ) and the striking myths .
