Tinka Uphoff (born February 28, 1983 in Wiesbaden ) is a German marathon and ultramarathon runner .

career

2010 drew the studied lawyer to Frankfurt , where they joined the association Spiridon Frankfurt joined and in the training group of Kurt Stenzel made rapid progress.

In 2011 she was seventh at the German Championships in 10 km road running . In 2012, as in the previous year, she won the Offenbach Mainuferlauf.

At the Frankfurt Marathon 2013 she improved her personal record over this distance by more than a quarter of an hour to 2:47:11 h and was Hessian marathon champion with a 23rd place overall.

In 2014 she was eighth in the German half marathon championships and fourth in the German marathon championships held as part of the Munich marathon .

In the following year she won the 50 km ultra marathon Rodgau . At the Hamburg Marathon she came in 14th place, and at the German Marathon Championships held as part of the Frankfurt Marathon, she came fourth with a 23rd place overall.

In 2016 she set a course record of 3:32:44 h in the 50 km ultra marathon Rodgau.

In 2013 she received her doctorate from the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg . She currently works for the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority .
