Tino Gottlöber (born December 2, 1965 ) is a former German soccer player .

Athletic career

In the summer of 1984 Tino Gottlöber moved from the junior division of SG Dynamo Dresden to the second team of the black and yellow, which competed in the second-class league in GDR football . With the Dynamo reserve team trained by Wolfgang Haustein , the attacking midfielder took third place in his debut season in men's football.

Before the 1985/86 season , the former GDR junior national player went to BSG Progress Bischofswerda , from which he moved to Dresden in 1978. With the team from Bischofswerda , Gottlöber made the leap into the upper house . In the East German elite class, the then student made his debut on matchday 1 in 1986/87 under the former Dynamo player Horst Rau as coach in a goalless home draw against his former community from Dresden. The league newcomer failed to stay up in the spring of 1987 and only with the league relay victory in 1988/89 did the progress team return to the top division of the workers and farmers state . In his second season in the first division , Gottlöber, meanwhile managed as a machine builder, was relegated with a push in the turning point .

In the last independent season of East German football , FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt secured the services of the 1.69 meter tall attacker. In March 1991 Gottlöber moved from Bischofswerda from the league to the Erfurt in the Oberliga. As third in the table in the final season, RWE qualified for the 2nd Bundesliga - and also for the European Cup .

In the UEFA Cup of the 1991/92 season, Erfurt retired after their overall victory against FC Groningen in round 1 against eventual winners Ajax Amsterdam . In league operations, the red and whites had to leave the 2nd league as the bottom of the table in the season south .

From 1992 to 1997 Gottlöber played again for the Bischofswerdaer FV 08. In addition to the third-rate amateur league and the fourth-rate league in the NOFV area , the former first division kicker also played in the re-established regional league with the BFV .

Further career

The former player also worked as a junior coordinator and coach of the women's team at Schiebock .
