Titular diocese of Arad

Arad ( Italian : Arathia ) is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .

It goes back to the city of Arad , which was in the Roman province of Palaestina Salutaris . The metropolitan seat was the ancient city of Petra in today's Jordan .
