Tobias Biersack (born March 20, 1990 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen ) is a German ice hockey player who has been under contract with EC Peiting in the Oberliga Süd since 2012 .
Career
Biersack first went through all youth departments at SC Riessersee and had his first assignment in the first team of SC Riessersee in the 2006/07 season when he was used in an encounter in the major league . Since the 2008/09 season he has been in the regular line-up of the first team. He was also on the ice six times for the German national team at the U18 World Junior Championship in 2008 and scored one goal.
At the end of June 2011, Biersack announced his contract extension with SC Riessersee , which competed in the 2nd ice hockey Bundesliga in the 2011/12 season. After it became known in May 2012 that his contract with SC Riessersee would not be extended, Biersack moved with Marcus Weber to the upper division EC Peiting . With a sponsorship license, he also made two assignments at EHC Red Bull Munich during the 2012/13 season .
