Tobias Rühle (born February 7, 1991 in Heidenheim an der Brenz ) is a German football player who is under contract with SSV Ulm in 1846 and is a former junior national player.

Career

In the club

In his youth, Rühle first played at TSV Herbrechtingen , which he left in 2004 to join SSV Ulm in 1846 . In 2006 he switched to the youth team at VfB Stuttgart . Just one year later, at the age of 17, he was also allowed to play in the U19s and took part in the two semi-finals of the German A youth championship.

In January 2010 Rühle took part in the winter training camp of the first team of VfB and was then promoted early from the A-youth to the second team of the Swabians in the 3rd division . The center forward made his professional debut on February 13, 2010 on the 24th matchday of the 2009/10 season for the second team of VfB against SV Wehen Wiesbaden . After 32 goalless games before, he scored his first goal for VfB Stuttgart II on February 19, 2011 on the 25th match day of the 2010/11 season in a 2-2 draw against 1.FC Saarbrücken .

For the 2011/12 season Rühle moved to his home country for 1. FC Heidenheim . There he mostly only came on as a substitute and scored two joker goals in his 19 missions. On June 15, 2012, Rühle was suspended from the third division team for disciplinary reasons.

On June 22, 2012, the Stuttgarter Kickers announced the commitment of Rühle for the 2012/13 season . Rühle signed a one-year contract with the newcomer until June 30, 2013 and was number 14 in the squad from coach Dirk Schuster .

For the 2013/14 season Rühle moved to the regional division SG Sonnenhof Großaspach . He led the club with 14 goals in 33 games to the championship and promotion to the third division. In 2016 he joined the league competitor Preußen Münster , where he became a regular player straight away.

For the 2019/20 third division season , Rühle moved to KFC Uerdingen 05 . There, his contract was canceled by mutual agreement in January 2020 after only seven missions.

A little later, the striker signed a contract that was valid until June 2022 with the SSV Ulm 1846 south- west regional division, where he was trained. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic in Germany , he did not appear in the league in the suspended regional league season 2019/20 . He won the WFV Cup 2019/20 with the club in the summer of that year , and scored the first goal of the game in the 3-0 final win against league rivals TSG Balingen .
