Todd Williams (born September 11, 1977 in Queens , New York City ) is an American actor .

life and career

Todd Williams was born in Queens , New York . During his time at Talent Unlimited High School , he decided to become an actor. Nevertheless, he took up a degree in music business at New York University in order to pursue an alternative career. In the end, however, he dropped out of the course.

After a few appearances in commercials, he made his acting debut in the film Lift , opposite Kerry Washington . He then moved to Los Angeles in 2005 and was able to appear as a guest actor in US TV series such as Law & Order: Special Victims Unit , Third Watch - Einsatz am Limit or CSI: Vegas . In 2011 he took on a leading serial role as Officer Isaac Joiner in The Chicago Code for the first time . In 2015 he appeared in series like Criminal Minds and Devious Maids , as well as in the action film San Andreas, starring Dwayne Johnson .
