Tom Denney

Tom Denney (born November 23, 1982 in Ocala , Florida ) is an American music producer .

Career

Tom Denney started playing guitar at the age of ten . He later played with Bobby Scruggs in a band called 2 Days 2 Late. Denney contacted Jeremy McKinnon and founded the band A Day to Remember with him . Denney recorded the first three studio albums with the band, And Their Name Was Treason , For Those Who Have Heart and Homesick , before resigning from the band in mid-2009.

The band cited the reason for his exit that he wanted to focus on his wedding, his family and his recording studio. Despite leaving A Day to Remember, Denney is still involved in the writing process of the band's song material. He wrote music for various pieces on the albums What Separates Me from You and Common Courtesy .

Denney has been a music producer since 2007 . He has worked with a wide variety of artists from the rock and metal scene , including Paddock Park , For the Fallen Dreams , Confide , We Are the In Crowd , Pierce the Veil , We Are Defiance , Secrets , The Word Alive and Woe, Is Me .
