Tom Harald Hagen

Tom Harald Hagen (born April 1, 1978 ) is a Norwegian football referee from Grue in the province of Hedmark .

He began his referee career in 1994. He made his debut in the Tippeligaen on matchday 21 of 2006 after leading over 50 games in Norway's second-highest league , the Adeccoligaen .

He officiated in the 2010 Norwegian Football Cup final between Stromsgodset IF and Follo Fotball . In addition to refereeing, Hagen works as a teacher. He has been a FIFA referee since 2009 and so far has mainly directed UEFA Europa League and European Championship qualifying matches. He was in charge of his first UEFA Champions League game on October 19, 2011 , when AC Milan met BATE Baryssau at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium .

In summer 2012 he was the fourth official to take part in the 2012 European Football Championship .
