Torsten Götz
Torsten Götz (born March 25, 1968 in Wehr / Baden) is a German-Swiss chef , restaurateur and TV chef. He became publicly known a. a. through appearances and cooking shows as well as by participating as a protagonist in the TV cooking programs Ab in die Küche SRF1 , Kitchen Case SAT1 Switzerland and Rübis + Stübis SRF1.
Life
Torsten Götz grew up near the Swiss border in Blumberg in southern Baden . He completed his cooking apprenticeship in the Hotel "Sonnenhaus" in Königsfeld in the Black Forest . He then worked in various Relais & Chateau, star restaurants and various seasonal hotels in Germany and Switzerland.

His international activities, guest chef doctorates and training courses have taken him to international establishments such as

After numerous stops around the world, Torsten Götz opened his “Culinary Enjoyment Workshop” in Unterseen / BE in 2012 . In 2015 he opened another cooking studio "TG Bekocht" in the Sabag Center in Ittigen / Bern.
TV productions
Since 2015 Torsten Götz has appeared in 2 seasons, each with 8 programs in the “Fastest Cooking Show” in Switzerland Kitchen Case on SAT 1 Switzerland.
In 2016 he was invited by Alexander Herrmann to participate as a professional chef in the Battle of Cooks season on SAT.1 Germany . Torsten Götz was hired as a top chef for the new TV cooking format Rübis + Stübis on SRF1.
