The 21st Trofeo Karlsberg is a cycle stage race through Saarland and France . It was held as one of the seven and only German races of the Junior Cycling Nations Cup. It started on May 22, 2008 in Blieskastel and ended after 428 kilometers on May 24, 2008 in Gersheim.

This event of the Trofeo Karlsberg was dominated by the Pole Michał Kwiatkowski , who was able to secure the overall ranking and two stage wins. The Dane Emil Hovmand and the Russian Anton Vorobjow also landed on the podium .
