Reviews

Soviet postage stamp from 1964 on the occasion of the 30th film anniversary

“The film is one of the classic works of Soviet film art, was one of the greatest successes in Soviet film history and is at the same time a historical document in itself. Based on an emphatically folk storyline, the fable has an extremely suggestive effect through precise character drawings and excellent photography. "
